Jangwani, Mikocheni, Keko, Kigogo and many places are among the affected areas in Dar es Salaam due to flood, and it affects houses and also people leaving those areas.
The poor infrastructure in the city of Dar es salaam led to the poor sawage system and this makes flood whenever there is rain in Dar es salaam, no matter how big rain is but it is affecting and makes economic activities to stop for a while.
However, there will be the outbreak of communicable deseases such as Cholera and Typhoid which also happens everytime during the rainy season.
Jangwani area in BRT bus stand, this area is the most affected area.
Mwenge is also affected by the heavy down pour blocking the roads which makes the economic activities to stop.
The 'Boda Boda' riders are getting difficult times during the rain seasons.
